1. Prepare yogurt dip by adding yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to a small/medium bowl. Stir until all combined. Set aside.
2. Pour caramel dip and peanut butter into two small bowls. Slice apples and celery.
3. Slice olives into 4 slices and place 2 olive slices on each mozzarella ball to resemble eyes. Using a permanent marker, draw two triangles (these will be jack-o-lantern eyes) and a toothy grin on each clementine.
4. Place all ingredients on a large wooden board, grouping each ingredient together.
